Turnkey Renovation: One Team, One Contract
Most time and money in a renovation is lost when different trades wait for each other: the tiler cannot start before the plumber, and the ceiling cannot be closed before the electrician finishes. For a complete renovation in Antalya, our own team handles every trade on a single schedule.
A complete renovation covers strip-out, electrics and plumbing, screed and flooring, drywall and false ceilings, painting, bathroom and kitchen renovation, window replacement and custom furniture. If you wish, we start with interior design and 3D visuals and hand the property over turnkey.
Refresh or Full Renovation?
Not every property needs a full renovation. Where the plumbing and wiring are sound, new paint, flooring and kitchen doors can transform an apartment on a modest budget. In older buildings, it is better to renew the services while walls and floors are open.
At the site visit we tell you honestly what needs doing now and what can wait.
What Does an Apartment Renovation in Antalya Cost?
The price depends on floor area, whether plumbing and electrics are renewed, the number of bathrooms and kitchens, the quality of materials and any custom furniture. Two apartments of the same size can cost very different amounts.
Rather than quoting a price per square metre over the phone, we carry out a free site visit and send a written, itemised quote showing labour and materials separately.

Complete Apartment and Villa Renovation in Antalya: Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a complete apartment renovation take?
It depends on size and scope. After the site visit and material selection we give you a written schedule.
Is the site visit free?
Yes. Site visits and measuring are free anywhere in Antalya, and the quote is sent in writing afterwards.
What is the difference between a refresh and a full renovation?
A refresh covers paint, flooring, furniture and lighting. A full renovation also renews plumbing, wiring, bathrooms and kitchen.
Can I live in the property during the work?
Usually yes for a partial refresh. For a full renovation, dust and utility shut-offs mean the work goes faster if the property is empty.
Do you buy the materials?
Whichever you prefer: we can source materials, or you can choose and buy them yourself. Labour and materials are shown separately in the quote.
Can I have my apartment renovated while I am abroad?
Yes. We work with many overseas owners and send regular photo reports.
Is the work guaranteed?
Yes. Our workmanship comes with a 2-year guarantee.
Do you do quick refurbishments of rental apartments?
Yes. Pre-season painting, flooring, bathroom and kitchen updates are planned to finish quickly.
Do you speak English?
Yes. Our team communicates in English, Turkish, German and Russian.
How much does it cost to renovate an apartment in Antalya?
It depends on area, services renewed, number of bathrooms and material quality. We give an exact price after the free site visit.
