How a Project Is Completed

Free site visit and measuring
Our team inspects the property, takes measurements, checks the plumbing, electrics, floors and walls, and listens to what you want.

Design and material selection
Where needed we finalise the layout with an interior design project and 3D visuals, then choose tiles, flooring, cabinets and fittings together to suit your budget.

Written quote and schedule
You receive a written quote with labour and materials itemised. Once approved, we agree the start date and work schedule together.

Strip-out and services
Old finishes are removed; water and waste pipes, electrical circuits and, where needed, waterproofing and screed are completed.

Finishes and installation
Floor and wall finishes, drywall and false ceilings, painting, cabinets and sanitaryware are installed. We keep you updated with photo reports throughout.

Quality check and handover
We inspect everything together, fix any snags, clean the property and hand it over turnkey. Our workmanship comes with a 2-year guarantee.
